Going concern and the audit

Unqualified ('true and fair') audit opinion issued by BDO LLP (signed by Jonathan Gilpin, Birmingham, 3 June 2026). Going concern basis adopted; Directors' forecasts to June 2027 support adequate resources for at least 12 months from approval. Key audit matters: (1) existence and valuation of intangible assets, (2) recognition of revenue and attributable profits on long-term revenue contracts; recoverability of intercompany receivables (Parent Company) was a KAM in FY24 but was no longer considered one in FY25 per the auditor's risk assessment. Group materiality £140,000 (2% of revenue).
