PKF Littlejohn LLP issued an unmodified (unqualified) opinion that the group financial statements give a true and fair view and are properly prepared under IFRS; no material uncertainty related to going concern was identified for the 12 months to at least the signing date. Key audit matter: capitalisation and assessment of impairment of deferred mining/exploration costs and exploration permits/licences.
