What drove revenue

Investment management fees (BPS, MPS, funds) driven by average FUM and fee yield

Investment management fee income £68.5m (2025: £66.2m), up 3.4%. Average total FUM rose 12.6% to £17.8bn. The FUM-related revenue yield fell to 50.0bps from 59.4bps as the mix shifted to lower-yielding Platform MPS and BMSP.

Fixed staff costs rose to £44.8m (2025: £41.7m) and variable staff costs to £13.0m (£10.3m). Underlying costs were £90.3m (£85.2m). Underlying margin fell to 24.6% from 25.9%.
