Going concern and the audit

Financial statements prepared on a going concern basis despite a material uncertainty: FY2025 loss of $7,571,653, net operating cash outflow $2,306,626 and net investing cash outflow $3,301,374. Directors cite the MIC bridge loan drawdowns (USD $4m drawn, USD $6m remaining undrawn under First OLSA as of report date), potential asset-held-for-sale disposal proceeds, expenditure flexibility, and prior capital-raising track record as mitigants. Auditor RSM Australia Partners (lead partner Alasdair Whyte) issued an unmodified opinion with an emphasis of matter on the going-concern material uncertainty, and one Key Audit Matter: carrying value of Exploration and Evaluation Assets ($23,635,393).
