What drove revenue

Rental income from directly-owned Group Properties

Rental income £4.008m (2025: £3.578m), increased mainly by new lease agreements at Blue Tower, partly offset by loss of revenue from two directly held properties (Dr Felix and Gdynia).

Underlying profitability improved by about £650,000 per annum, mainly from increased contribution from directly-owned Blue Tower and lower overheads from prior-year cost saving measures; operating expenses flat at £4.38m.

Chief Executive: a further significant improvement in the performance of the Group and reinstatement of the dividend; 'The economy and markets remain challenging, but we are identifying some interesting deals and taking the opportunity to buy them where possible', supported by nearly £7 million in Group cash and access to third-party capital from long-term clients. 'Our outlook is therefore positive.'
