Insig AI plc
Insig AI Plc is a UK-based, AIM-listed (LON:INSG) technology company founded in 2018 that provides a 'trusted intelligence layer' between clients' unstructured information and AI, ingesting, structuring and tagging data so it can be searched and queried by LLMs. Its single revenue stream is ESG and Data Services, delivered via a corporate reporting disclosures database, a central bank intelligence dataset, a Generative Intelligence Engine (GIE), Macro Miner and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors, sold mainly to asset managers, financial institutions, hedge funds, regulators and reporting consultants. The company proposed changing its name from Insig AI Plc to Candessa AI Plc, subject to shareholder approval.

Insig AI Plc sells tools that organise company reports and central bank documents so financial firms can search them with AI. In the year to 31 March 2026, revenue rose 45.2% to £769k, from £530k, and the loss after tax narrowed to £1.9m from £4.8m.
Sales grew through new clients, a subscription licence with the Financial Conduct Authority and a first contract for its central bank data. The previous year's loss included a one-off £4.4 million write-down of its software's value. This year's costs included £0.4 million for share options, which used no cash. One customer provided about 79% of revenue.
Cash at the year end was £77k, against £1.9m of borrowings, all loans that can convert into shares. It raised £1.4m from shareholders and paid no dividend. Management expects sales to more than double this year and an operating profit at that level. The auditor warned of significant doubt about the company's future unless cash flow improves or more money is raised, including renegotiating loans due in December 2026.
