LBG Media, which runs social media brands for young adults such as LADbible and UNILAD, reported revenue of £92.2m for the year to 30 September 2025, against £64.9m the year before. Profit after tax rose to £10.6m from £9.0m. The comparison overstates growth, because the previous period covered only nine months after a change of year end.

The report credits more paid content made for brands, especially in the U.S., and more advertising income shared by social platforms; income from its own websites fell. Profit was held back by spending on U.S. expansion, a £3,220k increase in the expected final payment for Betches, a U.S. business it bought, and one-off adviser and reorganisation costs.

The company ended the year with £30.8m in cash and no borrowings, raised no money from shareholders and paid no dividend, preferring to reinvest. An employee share trust spent £4.0m buying the company's shares for staff awards. Management said its "positive momentum has continued" into the new year. The auditor gave a clean opinion and the directors found no doubt about the company continuing to trade. Key risks include reliance on social media platforms and advertisers' budgets.
