Mincon Group plc, an Irish maker of rock drilling tools for mining, construction and geothermal drilling, grew revenue to €148.7m in 2025 from €145.9m the year before. Profit after tax rose to €5.5m, from €1.8m. The report credits strong growth in construction, now its largest market, and more gold mining work in West Africa and North America. It also points to lower raw material costs relative to sales and to cost cuts. Profit was helped by a one-off gain on selling a former factory building in Sheffield, and price rises offset US tariffs.

Cash at the year end fell to €11.7m from €15.0m, partly because the company built up stock for large orders. Borrowings were cut to €33.5m. No money was raised from shareholders, and dividends for the year totalled €0.021 per share.

Management says the order book is at its highest level to date and expects growth, particularly in infrastructure construction. The auditors gave a clean opinion with no doubt about the company continuing, though the report flags risks from tariffs, currency swings and cyclical markets.
