MediaZest, which designs, installs and maintains digital screens and audio systems for shops, car showrooms and offices, grew revenue to £4.2m in the year to 30 September 2025, from £3.1m the year before. It made a profit after tax of £98k, against a loss of £214k.

The report credits new customer wins and continuing roll-outs for existing clients, including a large contract to install digital currency boards for First Rate. A bigger share of each sale was kept as profit before overheads, helped by more regular support and maintenance work. The report does not point to one-off items in the year's profit.

Cash at the year end was £99k, against borrowings of £1.4m, mostly loans from shareholders. No dividend is proposed. After the year end, the shareholder lenders wrote off £529,000 of interest and spread repayment over six years, and the company raised £215,000 from new shares in February 2026. The board is targeting revenue of £5 million next year. The auditor gave a clean opinion but flagged the company's ability to keep going as a key judgement, given past losses.
