MedPal AI plc is building an online health and pharmacy service driven by artificial intelligence. It joined the AIM stock market on 26 August 2025, five days before its year end, and earned no revenue in the year to 31 August 2025, the same as the year before. Its loss grew to £4.0m, from £14k.

The loss includes £1,843,198 of one-off costs of joining the stock market. The report also records a £2,331,238 charge, which used no cash, for share options and warrants given to directors and advisers around the listing. Spending on marketing and professional advisers also rose.

The company ended the year with £1.5m in cash, up from £253, and no borrowings. It raised £2.4m by selling new shares and paid no dividend. Management says its pharmacy began bringing in revenue of over £350,000 a month after the year end, and it will keep investing to grow. The auditor flagged real doubt, called a material uncertainty, over whether the company can keep going, as it relies on raising more money.
