FY2025 in sixty seconds
year to 31 Dec 2025 · approved 3 Mar 2026 · 67 pages · Company website
MTI Wireless Edge, an Israeli group that makes antennas and wireless irrigation controls and distributes radio components, grew revenue to $51.5m from $45.6m (+13.0%), passing $50m for the first time. Profit after tax rose to $5.0m from $4.4m.
The report credits rising government defence spending: military antenna sales grew 50%, and a defence-focused distribution business moved from a loss into profit. The irrigation business grew sales but earned less as it spent more on development and marketing. No large one-off items distorted the profit.
The company ended the year with $9.5m in cash, up from $6.3m, and only $178k of borrowings. It declared a final dividend of 3.4 US cents per share. Management said 2026 had started well, with a larger order backlog and pipeline across all three divisions. The auditor gave a clean opinion with no going-concern doubt. The report flags risks from operating in Israel amid regional conflict, and warns that a weaker dollar against the Israeli shekel could affect 2026 results.

page 10We are extremely proud of these results which saw our revenue pass the $50m mark for the first time... We are confident going into 2026 given the size of both our current backlog of orders and the pipeline of new opportunities that we are pursuing.
page 5Final dividend of US$0.034 per share declared (3% increase on prior year's $0.033), to be paid 14 April 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of trading 27 March 2026 (ex-div 26 March 2026); no scrip alternative. Board intends to continue growing the dividend reflecting operational performance and pipeline of opportunities; it has also extended the share buyback programme to 31 March 2027, funded by existing committed funding plus dividends received on treasury shares.
