Northamber plc, which sells computer, audio visual, communications and cyber security equipment to resellers, grew revenue by 13.0% to £63.3m in the year to 30 June 2025, from £56.0m. But its loss before tax widened to £4.0m, from £1.5m the year before.

Growth came mainly from businesses bought in Ireland and the Benelux, partly offset by dropping lower-margin UK product lines. One-off costs for acquisitions, restructuring and a legal dispute, including a £1,200k settlement, deepened the loss. One-off gains partly offset them. Before these items, the operating loss was £635k, against £327k.

Cash at the year end was £4.6m, against £4.7m. The company had also drawn £4,152,000 from a facility that lends against money owed by customers. No new shares were issued, and the dividend was held at 0.6p. Management said UK trading remains subdued but Ireland and the Benelux are more resilient. It expects cost savings and NUC, a business bought after the year end, to help the second half of the new year. The auditor gave a clean opinion and raised no doubt about the company's ability to keep going.
