Newmark Security PLC makes workplace clocking-in and door-entry systems and installs physical security such as screens and counters. In the year to 30 April 2025 its revenue grew to £23.0m, from £22.3m. Profit after tax rose to £662k from £134k.

Growth came mainly from the clocking-in business, whose revenue rose to £15.4m. More customers are paying regular subscriptions for it. The Safetell security division made a loss because public-sector projects were delayed and product sales fell. Profit after tax was higher than profit before tax because of a small tax credit.

Cash at the year end fell to £344k from £1.1m, while borrowings were cut to £2.5m from £3.1m. No dividend was paid. Management said the new year had started strongly and that it expects revenue to grow again. The auditor gave a clean opinion and raised no doubt about the company's ability to keep trading. The report lists risks including weak economic growth and delayed customer projects.
