ONE Health Group plc
One Health Group PLC is an AIM-listed independent provider of NHS-funded elective care, operating in orthopaedics, spinal surgery, general surgery, gynaecology and (from late FY25) urology. Patients are referred to the Group free of charge under the NHS 'Patient Choice' initiative following a GP referral, with consultations delivered through a network of community-based outreach clinics and surgery performed at partnered independent hospitals. The Group is funded entirely by the NHS via the national 'NHS Tariff' and is constructing its first wholly-owned surgical hub in Scunthorpe to add owned surgical capacity.
FY2026 in sixty seconds
year to 31 Mar 2026 · approved 3 Jul 2026 · 82 pages · Companies House
One Health Group arranges NHS-funded planned operations, such as orthopaedic and spinal surgery, through community clinics and partner hospitals. In the year to 31 March 2026 its revenue rose 11.3% to £31.6m, from £28.4m, and profit after tax rose to £2.1m from £1.1m.
The report credits more patients choosing the company through the NHS, more consultants and more partner hospitals. It says NHS price rises and fuller clinic sessions lifted margins despite higher labour and energy costs. Part of the profit increase reflects the year before, when one-off costs of listing its shares on AIM held profit back.
Cash at the year end was £11.1m, against borrowings of £1.1m, and only £165k was raised from new shares. The total dividend rises to 6.3p from 6.2p. Building has begun on the company's first owned surgical hub, in Scunthorpe, expected to finish in early 2027/28. The chairman said results were ahead of market expectations and the outlook remains strong. The auditor raised no going-concern doubt, but the report warns of risks including capped NHS funding and reliance on NHS bodies for 96.0% of revenue.
