Pacific Global Holdings, an AIM-listed investment company with no trading business, had no revenue in the year to 31 January 2026. Its loss narrowed to £197k from £458k the year before. Its only real cost was day-to-day running expenses, which were slightly lower. Last year's bigger loss also included write-downs of old investments. Its one remaining holding, in V-Nova International, is valued at £990,676. Cash at the year end was £20k, up from £13k, and the company had no borrowings. It raised no new money from shareholders this year and paid no dividend. Two directors have promised up to £150,000 if the company needs it, and the company intends to raise more capital. The board called the year challenging and said the timing of any new investment depends on securing funding. The auditor gave a clean opinion and found no serious doubt about the company's ability to keep going. The report warns that the company relies on its directors and on raising money on acceptable terms.
